Ashley from the Carol Stream, IL office was very accommodating. I didn’t realize I said yes to a shaved head and she felt really bad after she did. It was my mistake and she tried offering to pay for my cut. It wasn’t her fault but she felt so bad. I appreciated her kind gesture but couldn’t let her pay. I paid and some. Thank you Ashley
